Process Sprint

Cut the friction
Keep the flow

One repetitive routine, simplified. The Process Sprint maps, builds and tests an automated workflow in your own accounts, with a walkthrough so you know how to use it.

Results vary and are not guaranteed. See Terms.

Founding rate: $1,499 + applicable tax. For the first 3 accepted, in-scope projects.

Your week runs on a spreadsheet.

Copying the same details between tools. Updating the same spreadsheet each week. Chasing the same information. We review one recurring routine and agree which steps are practical to simplify or automate.

One routine. One Sprint.

The Process Sprint takes one manual routine in your business and turns it into a simple automated workflow. Fixed scope, clear steps.

MAPPING & DESIGN

Map it

We walk through the routine exactly as it works today. I find the manual steps and what can be automated. You see the plan before anything is built.

BUILD & TEST

Build it

I build a simple automated workflow for that one routine, set up so you can run it yourself.

HAND-OFF

Own it

A short walkthrough so you know how it works and what to do if something changes. It is built in your accounts, so you own the deliverable.

One routine per sprint. Got more than one? We review each for how feasible it is to automate and how much time it would give back, then pick the first priority together.

Built on real delivery.

Experience leading complex programs, advising client teams, and building better ways to work.

10+ yearsof experience
PMPcertified

Consulting

Designed and codified onboarding, training, and development frameworks that client teams could reuse and scale across teams and leaders.

Planning

Led large-scale quarterly planning and created a repeatable process connecting priorities, roadmaps, and capacity.

Process optimization

Mapped current and future workflows, identified bottlenecks, and built automation for recurring tasks. Combined clearer processes with practical tools to reduce manual effort.

Simple, fixed pricing.

I take 1 or 2 clients at a time so every sprint gets proper attention.

AT THIS TIME, I CAN'T SUPPORT
  • Custom software or app builds
  • Fixing a dozen processes at once

Hi, I'm Elesha.

I’m a PMP-certified program manager with 10+ years of experience helping teams turn complicated work into something they can actually execute. I’ve advised client teams, designed training and onboarding frameworks, led large-scale planning, and built automations for recurring manual tasks.

The common thread? Making work repeatable, so it doesn’t depend on someone remembering every step or explaining it from scratch.

That’s what I bring to the Process Sprint. You know your business. I bring fresh eyes, practical questions, and experience connecting the process, the tools, and the people using them. We look at what’s worth simplifying, what could be automated, and where your judgment still belongs.

Outside work, I’m a dog mom who loves hiking, biking, and swimming. I’m building ops.delegated to do more of the work I enjoy: helping people find practical ways to make their work easier.

Questions, answered.

What counts as one routine?

A repeated task with a clear start and finish, like building a weekly schedule or moving numbers from one place into a spreadsheet.

Do I need to be technical?

No. I explain everything in plain language, and the hand-off walkthrough shows you how to use it.

Who owns what gets built?

You own the deliverable created for your routine once payment is complete, and it is set up in your accounts. I retain reusable templates and methods, and third-party tools keep their own license terms. The agreement explains the ownership and anonymized reuse permissions.

How long does it take?

The target timeline is 2–4 weeks, depending on scope and availability. We agree your start date and delivery schedule before you commit.

What is the founding rate?

$1,499 plus applicable sales tax for the first 3 clients I accept whose routines fit the Sprint. After that, pricing varies based on scope and complexity, starting at $2,000 plus applicable sales tax. I'll confirm scope and price with you after we talk through your routine, before you commit.

Does claiming a spot guarantee the founding rate?

No. An inquiry does not reserve a founding spot. The founding rate is for the first 3 clients I accept whose routines fit the Sprint. I review each routine and only accept projects I can deliver within the agreed scope. If your project is bigger or more complex than I can support, I'll let you know before you commit.

What if I have more than one routine?

We review each one for how feasible it is to automate and how much time it would give back, then pick the first priority together. The rest can be a next step.

Ready to cut the friction?

Tell me about the routine you want to simplify. We’ll review whether it fits a focused Sprint before you commit. Workflows may still need human review.

Human judgment still matters.
